These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Zoo Merge: Safari Drop Game (the “Game” or “Service”) provided by RN Stüdyo Teknoloji Yazılım ve Dijital İçerik Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“RN Stüdyo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

RN Stüdyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Game unless expressly permitted by us.

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including graphics, gameplay, sounds, software, and content, are the exclusive property of RN Stüdyo.

You obtain no ownership rights by using the Game.

You agree to use the Game lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.

You must not:

Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools.

Engage in harassment, offensive behavior, or unlawful activity within the Game.

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the servers or networks that support the Game

The Game may include virtual items, in-game currency, or upgrades. These have no real-world monetary value.

Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

RN Stüdyo may change, suspend, or remove virtual items at any time without compensation.

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

RN Stüdyo expressly disclaims liability for:

Loss of data, progress, or virtual items.

Device damage, interruptions, or incompatibility.

User dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RN Stüdyo shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Game is to stop using it.

RN Stüdyo may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate.

Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked.

The Game is not intended for children under 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Game only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.

Where applicable, RN Stüdyo complies with EU GDPR and U.S. COPPA/CCPA requirements.

RN Stüdyo may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective once published within the Game or on official websites. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
